Responsibilities
1) Making Long term and Short Term Goals for Modern Trade & Corporate Channel
2) Provide all type of assistance & guidance to team members & channel partners
3) Coordinating between Head office Team and Channel Partners and get the issues sorted out quickly
4) Coordination with all departments as and when required to get the work done smoothly and efficiently
5) Making Business plans and strategies for assigned Key Accounts in sync with the HOD
6) Responsible to generate business from existing accounts by introducing entire product range
7) Expansion plan and month on month new store/account addition
8) Review and Analysis of sales and come up with new ideas to grow the business
+) Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of the assigned accounts/channel
10) Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
11) Share Market review/feedback of new products and services with HOD and other departments
12) Attending weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting/reviews of the company
13) Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes and updating the channel partners about the same
14) Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors and updating the management about the same
15) Must be open to travel for monthly meetings with MT & Corporate accounts
16) Primary & Secondary business growth and regular monitoring of the same
17) Keeping the AR at a healthy level and consistent effort to reduce outstanding
18) Retain and sustain all Accounts & also maintain good relation with all the clients
1+) Must be a quick learner and should have good knowledge of using computers/laptops, MS Excel and basics of Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations
20) Ability to quickly understand the operating business model, product range, market and competition
21) Monitoring discounts, updating catalogue, prices issue must be taken care
Qualifications
• Total years of experience - 5 to 8 years (in modern trade & corporate sales)
• Education - MBA
• Must be proficient in Hindi & English Language
• MS Office tools advance knowledge and understanding (excel, word, powerpoint)
• Female candidates preferred
