Job Description

On-Trade Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, working 6 days a week.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement tailored onboarding plans for new restaurant and bar clients to ensure smooth product introductions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including restaurant owners, bar managers, and purchasing agents.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, presenting product offerings, and closing deals with new on-trade accounts.
• Track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and product usage, preparing regular reports on account status and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and address any issues that arise.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, using insights to develop strategies that enhance product placement and visibility.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, tastings, and trade shows to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales within the on-trade sector, including working with restaurants, bars, or similar establishments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• A strong understanding of the on-trade market, including trends, challenges, and customer preferences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
