Job Description
Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
Shifts: Candidates must be open to rotational shifts, covering APAC, EMEA, and North America regions
Location - Hyderabad
Key Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – this is mandatory.
• Proven experience in international sales, with a strong record of closing deals.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling key global accounts.
Compensation:
• Salary Range: ₹10 LPA to ₹14 LPA (fixed), based on experience and interview feedback.
• Additionally, there is a variable component of ₹3,36,000.
Key Duties –
Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management:
a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services
to prospective buyers)
b. Setting Appointments
c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)
d. Determining the Client’s Solution
e. Written Proposal/Document
f. Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure
g. After Sales support
h. Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities
Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to:
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective
onboarding of new clients.
Maintain a database of contact information.
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
Monitor the competitors’ products and services and create selling strategies for our
products and services.
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and
nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring
revenue.
