The Key Accounts Executive (HORECA) is responsible for generating sales by reaching out to prospective and existing clients within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with decision-makers, promoting the company's products, and achieving sales targets through effective telesales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing HORECA clients to sell products and services.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking within the HORECA sector.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

• Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

• Handle objections and resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.

• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build relationships and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

• Negotiation Skills: Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively to close sales.

• Self-Motivated: A proactive, goal-driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HORECA sector, including trends and client needs, is highly desirable.
