Role Des>cription
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant cum Salesperson located in Chawri bazaar. The role involves preparing and managing financial statements, utilizing accounting software, and performing general accounting and financial tasks. Additionally, you will engage in sales activities, including building client relationships, understanding client needs, and promoting the company's offerings. You will actively collaborate with the finance and sales teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting while contributing to sales growth.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Accounting principles
• Proficiency in Accounting Software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to derive actionable insights
• Experience in Finance and general Accounting tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in a combined accounting and sales role is an advantage
Salary - 15k to 18k
Days - Monday To Saturday
Timings - 1030-7pm

Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Business Delivery
• (R) Achieve the sales target in terms of volume product mix & segment ratio at agreed price positions to achieve maximum NCR for region (multiple states)
• (R) Ensure timely delivery to key accounts by looking into product mix customer mix segment mix etc. and achieve assigned strategic account objectives for the Region
• (R) Recommend pricing of Key Customers based on market intelligence
• (R) Integrate insights from various consumer-centric projects with the companys business strategy
• (RA) Plan and execute call cycle for assigned projects / areas and report findings to superior and other stakeholders for tracking and monitoring purposes
Coordination
• (R) Coordinate with IT / Logistics and C&F teams for order processing based on the criticality of order
• (R) Get clarification from sites / customers and provide the same for updation in system and order execution; make necessary entries in the system for order execution in time
Key Account Management
• (R) Build long term customer relationship with all key stakeholders (e.g. purchase stores and finance) with the objective to leverage growth and new business opportunities
• (R) Identify customers business needs to deliver long term competitive advantage
Market Intellegence
• (R) Monitor competitive activities including sales pricing product innovations and new construction practices of the responsible site close interaction with key stake holders like consultants industry experts and professional bodies
Partnering with customers/ Value Added Services
• (R) Assist key accounts to achieve their project progress targets by providing construction related support
• (R) Organize training programs with the assistance of technical services cell
• (R) Provide value added services like mix design bulk delivery inventory management etc.
• (R) Provide after services to the customer like the certificate of delivery and clarify issues.
Product Promotion and Brand Equity
• (RA) Develop a healthy relationship with existing customers to get future orders and keep watch upon upcoming projects
• (R) Promote blended cement (PPC) at various sites create proper tracker of sites where these can be used and converted
Revenue Plan and Budgeting
• (R) Make yearly forecasts for supply chain budget allocation and aligning sales based on cement consumption pattern and projects on anvil
• (R) Provide complete insights regarding on ground projects or upcoming projects and theirpossiblerequirement to the reporting manager
Sales Administration
• (R) Ensure timely collection of payments for keeping receivables under control / Follow-up for timely collection of payment against sold material for respective key accounts
• (RA) Obtain EPOD from site store manager and ensure proper documentation in SFA about the visits and get feedback regarding the brand project and get future requirements
