• Entering customer and account data on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format;
• Maintaining data entry requirements by following established data program techniques and procedures;
• Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;
• Testing system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output;
• Securing information by completing database backups;
• Contribution to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
