Job Title: Fitness Trainer

Job Description:
Champions, a leading club for kids in Jaipur, is seeking an experienced Fitness Trainer who can develop and implement exciting and engaging fitness programs for our young members. As a Fitness Trainer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop fun and challenging workouts for kids of different ages and skill levels, using a variety of exercises including yoga, crossfit, and other creative kinds of fitness regime. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about fitness but also has a creative mindset and can develop a curriculum that is both fun and effective for our young members.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, safe and engaging fitness programs for kids of different ages and skill levels, incorporating multiple types of fitness regime such as zumba, crossfit, strength and conditioning, and other types of fitness regimes.
• Develop a unique and fun curriculum that includes exercises, games, and challenges that will keep our young members excited and motivated to attend each session.
• Instruct kids on proper form and technique for each exercise, while ensuring that they are performed in a safe and controlled manner.
• Provide weekly feedback to parents on their child's progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas that need improvement.
• Educate kids and their parents about the importance of nutrition and how it affects their fitness goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress for each member.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in coaching and training kids in fitness or other related activities.
• Bachelors in Physical Education or any other relevant qualification.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with kids and their parents.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop a unique curriculum that will keep our young members engaged and motivated, incorporating multiple types of fitness.
• Experience and knowledge of different types of fitness regimes.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle for kids.
