Our Family
We're a warm and creative family of four living in Bardon. We have two little boys - our eldest is three and attends kindy part-time, and our youngest is one and full of joy. After a year of maternity leave, I'm returning to work in September and we're looking for a nanny to primarily look after our 1-year old. Our family values kindness, calmness, and empathy, and we're raising our boys in a loving and respectful home, with clear boundaries and plenty of space for creativity and connection.
Your Duties
Two days, 8-9 hours per day. Flexibility for which days Good pay and supportive home Start in September (or earlier as desired) The main responsibility will be caring for our one-year-old during the day, including play, meals, naps, and outdoor time. We're also looking for help with kindy pick-up for our three-year-old and care for him outside of kindy hours. Light tidying related to the children (e.g. tidying up toys or lunch dishes) would be appreciated. We're seeking support two days per week, for 8 - * hours each day, with some flexibility around which days. We offer good pay and a supportive, respectful home environment.

We're looking for someone calm, caring, and confident with young children - someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers and can bring warmth and playfulness to their day. Our ideal caregiver shares our values of kindness and empathy and understands the importance of respectful, responsive care. We'd love someone who is thoughtful, reliable andcan take initiative. We are a bilingual English-Swedish home, so any Swedish language is a bonus!
