Kitchen Assistant (Bank staff)

At Stocks Hall Andrew Smith House we are looking for a passionate person to join the bank staff of our well-established kitchen staff on a part time basis, covering ad hoc hours as available on a zero hour contract.

You will be working with our committed staff to deliver the highest catering standards to our residents. Person centred care is at the core of what we do, allowing those we care for to flourish and our staff to feel immense satisfaction in their everyday duties.

As a kitchen assistant you will be responsible for supporting the chef in proving meals for our residents and be an important part of the team that ensures residents in our care feel valued. Duties will include following a daily menu for food preparation, keeping the kitchen space clean and presentable, and any other duties as required.

The rate of pay will be starting at £12.21 (over 21's) per hour with enhancements at weekends and overtime. Due to health and safety and other legal requirements (due to the nature of this role), applicants for this role will be over 18.
