Duties
Perform installations of products in accordance with company standards and client specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams to understand installation requirements and timelines.
Utilize software tools such as CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Maya to assist in the planning and execution of installations.
Ensure all installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any client questions or concerns promptly.
Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials required for installations.
Requirements
Proficiency in visual arts painting, typography, digital design, and visual design principles.
Experience with software applications such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CAD is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong troubleshooting skills.
