Job Description
Your duties as the cook/kitchen hand include but are not limited to;
Reporting to Senior Staff and Management
Food preparation
Kitchen organisation and cleanliness
Maintain equipment, food safety and hygiene practices
Deliver high-quality food in a timely manner compliant with policy and procedure
Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
Applicants require;
Statement of Attainment Safe Food Handling
Team player with strong communication
Excellent communication
Knowledge, understanding, and skill of food preparation and presentation
Time-management and problem-solving
Strong culinary skills and various techniques
The ideal applicant will possess;
Previous experience preferred
Ability to balance various tasks in a timely manner
Strong organisational skills
High quality and attention to detail
