Laundy Hotels are seeking a hard working kitchen hand to join the team at The Mona, in the amazing Northern Beaches.
The Mona welcomes our laid-back surf culture, family fun, live music and good vibes all around. there are multiple kitchens running simultaneously, offering gastronomical pub classics, woodfired pizzas and baking.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for:
Assist with basic food preparation
General cleanliness of the kitchen
Washing dishes
Maintaining kitchen compliance
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
Demonstrated experience in a kitchen
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to delivering excellence
A natural team player that seeks for continuous improvement
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
Ability to travel independently & reliably
