Job Description
As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our practitioners to embrace our ethos and implement care and practices aligned with our curriculum. The successful candidate should possess confidence in their understanding of child development, demonstrating the ability to guide and support others in this regard. It is essential you are capable of being the ALN lead for the nursery and have experience in conducting tours of a setting to prospective parents as well as all round excellent communication skills.

Salary: £26,750k to £28k+ depending on experience / qualifications.
