About the Role
We’re looking for Kitchen Hands, Cooks, and Chefs to join our team at Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, working across a collection of vibrant restaurants in one of Sydney’s most exciting dining precincts.
This is a unique multi-venue opportunity where no two shifts are the same. You’ll gain experience across different kitchens, learn a range of cooking styles, and build your skills working with diverse teams and cuisines. Whether you’re plating Italian favourites, preparing bold Tex-Mex dishes, or serving up game-day classics, you’ll develop versatility and confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Our Entertainment Quarter venues include:
El Camino Cantina: A vibrant Tex-Mex venue where bold flavours meet high-energy beats and a lively atmosphere.
Fratelli Fresh: Your local Italian favourite – fresh, fun, and full of flavour.
Winghaus: A wing-packed, sauce-smacked, sports bar-fuelled diner specialising in all things chicken wings.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Strong WH&S knowledge and commitment to maintaining high kitchen safety and hygiene standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
