Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the food industry, particularly in catering and restaurant environments.

Duties
• Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using knives and other kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage of food items.
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support the team during catering events by setting up and breaking down food service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• Experience in catering or restaurant settings will be beneficial for those looking to advance their culinary skills.
• A passion for cooking and the food industry is essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Physical Setting:
• Quick service & fast food restaurant

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
• Alamo, TX 78516: Relocate before starting work (Required)
