Job Summary:
We are looking for a Kitchen Helper – Confectionery with 2–3 years of experience in the bakery or dessert segment. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and handling of delicate dessert items such as our signature Mango Delight, and must be comfortable with cake handling and cutting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and assembling desserts and sweets.
Handle delicate products with care, ensuring proper storage and presentation.
Cut and portion cakes neatly and consistently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dessert production area.
Support the confectionery chef or commis with prep work (e.g. custard, cutting cakes etc
Ensure ingredients are weighed, portioned, and stored properly.
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company SOPs.
Assist with packing, plating, and display of dessert items as required.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in a bakery or confectionery setup.
Basic knowledge of cake handling, cutting, and presentation.
Ability to work with precision, especially with delicate items.
Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
