• Assist with meal preparation based on the preschool’s approved menu, ensuring all meals meet ECDA’s nutritional guidelines.
• Support food distribution to classrooms and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure all food items are stored properly, and kitchen equipment is clean and safe for use.
• Help with food purchasing and ensure ingredients are fresh and of good quality
