Akai Hana Sushi & Grill Goodyear is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving fresh sushi and traditional/new Japanese cuisine.
We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant to further expand the business. Candidates with years of experience in the field are preferred, but entry level candidates who’s interested in further learning Japanese cuisine/culture and wanting to elevate their careers are very welcome.

Qualifying candidates possess talents such as:
• Positive attitude and work ethic

• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Able to work flexible hours
Physical requirements:
• Stand for extended periods.
• Use hands and wrists repetitively.
• Lift and carry up to 50lb when necessary.
Pay:
• Starting $15/hour; will negotiate depending on your talent
Requirements:
• 1yr or more work experience at Japanese restaurant kitchen
• Basic knowledge in Japanese cooking
• Able to commute on own
• Authorized to work legally in the US
