Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in providing excellent food service. Duties
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and standards
• Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal service
• Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
• Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Restock supplies and ensure all cooking utensils and equipment are organized and functional
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards
Requirements
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking tasks effectively
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards
• Good serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers or staff
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a positive attitude and team spirit are highly valued
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
