We are a rapidly growing restaurant located in Gold Coast, QLD, offering lunch and dinner service six days a week and dinner service on Sundays. Our menu features a diverse range of Indian cuisines, carefully prepared by our experienced chefs.

The Job Description

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes to meet customer expectations.

Your duties will include monitoring checks, cleaning skills, planning menus with chefs, controlling stock, and ensuring effective communication with managers, staff, and service users.

Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing work routines for self and others, supervising kitchen staff, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Requirements

An Australian equivalent qualification in commercial cookery is a must.

At least 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required.

Familiarity with Indian cuisine is highly beneficial.
