The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team at the Christchurch Adventure Park Café.

Roles Available
Chef de Partie (2 Roles)
You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
You will oversee specific sections of food production while maintaining the high standards of food quality our customers expect.
You must have/be:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and show initiative
A positive attitude with a keen eye for detail
Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Commis Chef
You will support the senior kitchen staff in food preparation and the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress in their culinary career.
You must have/be:
Honest, reliable, and a great team player
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Solid understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
Kitchen Assistant
You will be vital in helping maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
You will support food prep, clean kitchen areas, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for an efficient working environment.
You must have/be:
Reliable, punctual, and great at managing time
Able to work well as part of a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
