IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome Kitchen Production Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team.
As an IKEA Food Assistant, you will be immersed in both a love of food and a passion for customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced and team-focused environment, this role will allow you to experience our wonderful everyday.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Start Date of employment will be: 21st September 2026
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour.
• 16 - 20 hours, working 3 - 4 shifts per week, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Prior food and Customer service experience is a plus, but not required if you are hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment,
• Be Self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
• Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Serving Hot & Cold food for our Customer and Co-worker restaurant
• Use equipment to cook and prepare our hot meals.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and foster a positive work environment, contributing to a happy team.
