Full job description
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese noodle dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and marinating meats.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage inventory and report any shortages to the manager.
Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
Multi Task Ability to perform in rush hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting, preferably with Chinese and Asian cuisine.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Strong teamwork ability and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items .
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Enthusiasm for traditional Chinese noodles and a willingness to learn.
Have basic understanding of Asian Food Taste

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
