Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Steward, your primary responsibility will be to help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests by ensuring our kitchen remains clean and organized
Sanitize & Clean: Keep kitchen equipment, food storage areas, and utensils spotless and sanitized
Dishwashing: Hand-wash pots, pans, and trays while ensuring all dishes, glasses, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored
Trash Management: Efficiently manage trash and garbage, including sorting recyclable materials
Support Operations: Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help with food preparation and event setups
Regular Maintenance: Perform thorough sanitization of all kitchen and food preparation areas
