Role Description
This full-time on-site role located in Mumbai, The Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role includes supervising food preparation and food service activities, coordinating with other departments, and managing inventory and supplies. The Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor will also be responsible for training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that arise in the kitchen.
