Top Cut Foods is Australia's leading national provider of high quality meat products to the food service industry.
We currently have a vacancy on the production floor for a labourer/knife hand worker.
The most important criteria for selection for this position will be a person who:
has experience in meat packing and hygiene
has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
has well developed can do attitude with attention to detail
has the ability to use initiative and work with a minimum of supervision, or effectively within a team environment, as required
is punctual, reliable, flexible
It is preferable that the candidate demonstrates a level of competency in the following:
1. Ability to work in a cold environment
2. Ability to maintain consistent attendance
3. Ability to complete tasks as an individual or in a team environment
4. Work in conjunction with Butchers and Warehouse colleagues to manage raw material & finished goods stock
5. Maintain a clean and organised workstation
