Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join the Knowledge team as a Knowledge Specialist! The successful candidate will be responsible for updating all centralised Customer Operations material ensuring all documentation management, content, version control, workflows and storage remain uniform and accurate in line with best practice. A strong understanding of the Sales and Customer life cycle and a passion for managing, retaining and sharing knowledge are key to being successful in this role.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and updating The Garage with any changes, new links and documents for all departments within Customer Operations
Consistently reviewing systems and processes and implementing changes where applicable as part of continuous improvement culture
Attending Business Readiness meetings impacting Customer Operations and identifying impacted resources that will require updates in line with the project objective
What are we looking for?
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Care or Claims
Passion for managing, retaining and sharing knowledge
Demonstrated experience working within a deadline driven environment
Solution focused with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle competing priorities and manage deadlines
Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with ability to drive change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound MS application suite skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desirable
Proven experience developing and managing an effective Knowledge Management framework and process
