Your efforts will directly impact the effectiveness of programs aimed at increasing Koori workforce participation and fostering a culturally safe environment within Victoria's courts.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Koori communities and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously assess project performance and outcomes, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for improvement.
Advisory Support: Offer authoritative advice on matters related to Koori programs and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Data Management: Coordinate the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to track the effectiveness of Koori employment initiatives and cultural safety frameworks.

Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in human resources, organisational development, or a related field is desirable.
Cultural Understanding: A sound knowledge of Victorian Koori culture and society, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, is essential.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Koori communities, government agencies, and internal teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Candidates with experience in the public sector or community organisations focused on Koori affairs will be highly regarded.
