Minimum Qualifications:
· 7- 9 years of experience with Körber WMS configuration, testing and development
· Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline
· 7 to 9 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT
· Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
· Must have worked on atleast 2 implementations
· Must have managed a team as a part of his previous role.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
· Experience with ERP systems and WMS industry. Must be trained in Körber.
· Atleast handled 2 prior implementation projects / support on Körber WMS
· Must have basic knowledge of Körber Labor Management modules.
· Good functional knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes
· Strong analytical skills using data
· Basic understanding of Sql Server, Wireless and handheld systems
· Query and report development expertise
· Ability to mesh business requirements and system capabilities to drive improvements
· Ability to triage issue with other teams like TIBCO, Mulesoft, Network, etc.
· Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
· Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organization skills
· Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
· Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
· Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
