Job Description-
• Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using various technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end languages such as Python, Java, Asp .Net or Node js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices and industry standards.
• Create and implement database design and management, including data migration, optimization, and security.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to ensure the application meets the project requirements and user needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in web development and Full Stack technologies to improve the application's performance.
• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques to create chatbots that can understand and respond to user inputs.
• Work with the team to create and maintain the chatbot, including testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure the chatbot meets the project requirements and user needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning to improve the chatbot's performance.
• Experience in Programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience in markup language like HTML, Markdown.
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning libraries such as NLTK, Tensorflow
• Proven experience working with Kore.ai platform is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
