Basic Qualifications
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Experience required: 0 – 4 years
• Proficient in Korean and English. Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following writing, reading and comprehension.
• Working knowledge of Computer Applications like- MS Word and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Good awareness of Korean culture.
• Requires strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point and Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
Skills Required:
· Proficient in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
· Proven experience in translation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
· A good understanding of Korean culture and business etiquette.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Role & responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking project managers, facilitating clear, culturally aware communication and understanding of their needs, and communicating with other employees.
· Provide real-time interpretation during key meetings, conference calls, discussions, and on-site interactions.
· Support executive functions by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling executive-level correspondence.
· Oversee general site administration duties, including vendor management, and ensuring the site environment runs smoothly.
· Coordinate and assist with various projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring effective cross-functional communication and execution.
· Act as a key resource for executive support, handling high-priority tasks that contribute to the company’s growth and operational success.
Conditions:
