Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation/review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Indian GAAP/ for the Bank /Group (Standalone/ Consolidated financial statements).
- Preparation of Standalone /Consolidated Capital Adequacy Ratio as per RBI guidelines for the Group.
- Preparation/ Review of Returns in respect of above to be submitted to RBI
- Assist Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in annual planning and budgeting cycle.
- Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
- Understanding of various corporate governance regulations such as SEBI / BR Act / Companies Act etc.
Required Attributes :
- 0 - 1 Years of experience in core financial reporting function under Indian GAAP/ US GAAP / IFRS /Ind AS. Experience in Financial Services Industry / Preparation of Consolidated Financials will be an advantage.
- Reasonably good understanding of ERP applications like Finacle, Oracle, SAP will be an added advantage.
