Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking at hiring Manager Legal - Wholesale Bank
Location : Goregaon, Mumbai
• If your education and work experience have given you solid skills in negotiation, diligence, and experience in ISDA/Derivative legal domain, then you are the profile that we will be interested.
• A candidate with 5-6 years PQE and currently part of legal department of a good NBFC or a bank working on the following :
• Loan documentation/facility agreements, consortium documents
• Security creation and documentation including mortgages, pledge agreements, lien letters
• Negotiating agreements with clients
• Strong knowledge of RBI Regulations dealing with lending and Companies Act
• Team player and enthusiastic to take up new work/challenges
