Job Description : - Assist the team in the creation and production of designs for social media, case and proposal work.- Develop captivating, comprehensive creative designs including social media posts, branding and logos, (interactive) presentations, storyboards, posters, corporate communications, web banners, prototypes and consumer mock-ups, marketing and event materials, etc. for high-profile clients, cases, proposals, workshops, and campaigns.- Work collaboratively with the Design Lead Project Manager and Creative Strategist on significant projects under the direction of Senior Designers.- Support the team in blending creativity, design thinking, and innovation while transforming business terminology, procedures, and complex ideas into stunning visualisations and engaging visual tales.Qualifications : - High School/Diploma/ Degree Holder.- Relevant experience in Graphic Design.- A strong portfolio.Technical Skills : - Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (most preferably Photoshop and Illustrator).- Experience working in a collaborative design environment.- Expertise in visual design, visual theory (i.e., composition, colour theory, typography, etc.).- A keen sense of layout and design, together with a deep interest in contemporary design trends and new media (augmented/virtual reality, social media, etc.)- A keen eye for layout design and an understanding of current trends in design.- Strong understanding of digital and print-ready artwork preparation, bleeds, and related colour and image operations.Soft Skills : - Structured self-organized, teamwork, and communication skills
