• Gathering, filtering and organizing data across multiple sources
• Supporting content & tool development efforts (market/ innovation landscapes, database updates, etc.)
• Creating & managing topic materials and organizing content
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Strong analytical acumen, comfortable working with and handling large amounts of unstructured data. Knowledge of one or more analytical tools like excel, Alteryx, python etc. is a big plus
• Providing customized data and research leveraging multiple sources
• Preparing accurate, well-developed documents and charts. Proficiency in PowerPoint a big plus.
• Self-organizing, strong planning & work management, proactive in sharing of task/work updates.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity and ability to swiftly grasp new concepts/ ideas.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Recently completed Masters’/ Bachelor’s degree in science/ engineering/ data analytics/ business management from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in in handling large, unstructured datasets
• Able to create and structure PowerPoint presentations a big plus
• Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines
• Strong work ethic, client service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset
• Effective written & verbal communication.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
