Job Description
• To enhance the sales team's performance,
• Play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth and maintaining the reputation for excellence.
• The Sales Head will be responsible to lead a team of 20-25 members initially, with plans to expand it to 40 professionals spread across the country.
• He/she will be reporting directly to the management and will be expected to contribute invaluable insights and aid in strategic decision-making for the company's growth.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor team performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive team expansion efforts through strategic hiring and skill development.
Strategic Growth:
• Lead the team in generating accurate quotations and crafting impeccable specifications tailored to customer requirements.
• Oversee post-installation services to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term satisfaction.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners, becoming a trusted advisor to them.
Collaboration and Insights:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and design, to drive comprehensive business strategies.
• Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to the management, contributing to informed decision-making.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the construction or building materials industry preferably in the EPC Business.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset, capable of formulating and executing sales growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making
