Franchisee for Kvik, London
As a Kvik franchisee, you will be part of a unique concept. Together, we make customers' dreams come true thanks to our kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes in Danish design at surprisingly low prices. We do this in more than 1+0 shops in Europe and Asia and we have big growth ambitions. We've done our research and we know that there's increasing demand for high-quality Danish designer kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes in the UK. This is why we are looking for an enthusiastic, independent franchisee for a Kvik shop in the Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, London.
The approach in our shops
Customer loyalty is very important to Kvik! A customer buys a kitchen to enjoy it for many years. So we take the necessary time for that. We listen to the customers' wishes and design their dream kitchen together with them. After all, a kitchen is the heart of the home, the place where you come together and spend time cooking, eating, talking and so much more.
In our shops, we all have close-knit teams that work well together to bring the many projects to a beautiful conclusion. And our customers notice this. Working together with a customer-oriented approach leads to positive word-of-mouth advertising. And we are proud of that!
What do we expect from you?
Do you have an affinity for Danish design? And do you want to share this with your future customers? Are you a strong entrepreneur who can build a long-term trusting relationship with customers? Experience in the kitchen sector is an advantage but not a requirement. What you do need is to be keen on is selling, leading, inspiring and managing. Preferably, you also have experience in this, including at least five years as a leader. It is important that you have a strong personality and a good understanding of figures. You are an open, entrepreneurial and inquisitive person, who never gives up. You're the type who sees opportunities rather than problems. You are not afraid of change and embrace challenges. You can motivate and lead a team to success, year after year.
