Location- Jaipur
Role Description
Work on Account Opening, Client due diligence, fronting the KYC Germany team and liaising with all levels of management across customers, Global Banking & Markets, Compliance, and other support areas to ensure and efficient, flexible, and accurate process for on boarding and revalidating clients.

Your key responsibilities
Work on Account Opening, Client due diligence, fronting the KYC Germany team and liaising with all levels of management across customers, Global Banking & Markets, Compliance, and other support areas to ensure and efficient, flexible, and accurate process for on boarding and revalidating clients.
• KYC exercise for CLM in detail. Including fetching documents from Sales, reviewing them, liaising with Compliance and relevant teams to ensure closure/revalidation for any alerts that is confronted during the KYC exercise.
• KYC with strict adherence with Key Operating Standards for Event Driven Reviews, Regular Reviews, New Client Adoptions.
• For the delivery of high standards of client service, at the same time ensuring that all internal (e.g. Risk) and external (e.g. Compliance) standards requirements are met in full.
• Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of the progress and challenges and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure top of the line service to clients
• Prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of activities
• Ensure structured upward & downward communication while handling requests and communication with stakeholders
• Be cross-trained in other sub-processes (like NCA, Extensions etc) to support Germany business from all ends
• Support in preparing of MIS for data tracking and managing day to day activity
Your skills and experience
• Germany Language Proficiency (B2.2 or above)
• Graduates with good academic records
• Overall experience of at-least 6 months for Analyst and 2-3 years for Senior Analyst in the Banking/Finance industry (KYC knowledge preferred)
• General knowledge of Business Banking
• Willing to work in all Shifts
