Role Description
The Process Analyst supports continuous improvement and end-to-end process optimisation across functions; by eliminating waste and simplifying and standardising current processes. They identify opportunities, diagnose issues, recommend and document solutions that deliver quality, flexibility or cost improvement using best practice methodologies. The Process Analyst will perform their role either as part of a project or by identifying improvement to methodologies, delivering process training and coaching non-process management roles in Process excellence.

Your key responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and create custom applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs
• Create and maintain workflows and automation processes using Power Automate
• Integrate data from different sources and systems using SQL and other relevant technologies
• Administer and maintain Power Platform environments, including security, data governance, and user access controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain and enhance portfolio of existing analytics/reporting services
• Deliver RTB reporting solutions within SLA thresholds
• Migrating tactically developed processes to recognized analytics platforms
• Determine/confirm most effective tooling for solution delivery (factors may include: time to market, existing strategic/tactical services,...)
• Develop solution in appropriate platform, based on proof-of-concept basis - hosting agile 'show and tell' sessions to confirm component delivery / development is directionally suitable / opportunity for further refinement
• Compile and maintain all necessary supporting documentation (sponsors/business cases, sourcing details/contacts, data model, other features)
Your skills and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, Data modelling experience
• Strong experience in developing and configuring solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, MS Access, SharePoint and MS Excel
• Good understanding of Power Apps development, including canvas and model-driven apps, custom connectors, and data integration.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing business process automation and workflows using Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Tableau & SQL/ big query
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of KYC processes and data
