Job Responsibilities
Provide strong oversight and governance on BAU metrics and key strategic programs and provide regular updates to various management forums.
Manage diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions. Ensure appropriate governance models are established and are based on a periodic basis.
Familiarity with Alteryx workflows, SQL and strong excel worksheet skills to troubleshoot and maintain existing complex workflows.
Demonstrate skills in creating Tableau dashboards
Experience in SharePoint designing to build workflows and design request forms as per client request. Ability to manage existing share point sites
Responsible for change management initiatives including overseeing dissemination of required change awareness and training.
Manage monthly highlights & performance reporting to wider forums. Regular strategic progress review, accomplishments & opportunities
Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business and underlying data
Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
Proactively highlight potential issues to management
Ensure Operations adherence to Business and Regulatory controls and any required submissions
Steering management meetings and being responsible for setting the team agenda and discussion priorities
Being responsible for meeting documentation and key action points
Analysis of New Business Initiative analysis
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor's Degree and/or Graduate Degree
Technologically savvy. Good knowledge in Data Analytics/Data Visualization and/or Intelligent Automation.
Strong execution skills and hands on experience working on one or more of these areas: KYC, AML, Sanctions screening is preferred
Advanced Excel and Power Point presentation skills
Strategic thinker and problem solver; with high attention to detail
Ability to analyze inefficiencies in business processes and knows how to map detailed workflows
Excellent time management and planning with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible, adaptable and be a change agent
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
