Job Title: KYC AVP Operations
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as an Individual Contributor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing daily operational tasks, optimizing processes, and supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations department. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving operational workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities
Execute Operational Tasks: Perform daily operational activities including data entry, reporting, inventory management, and other routine tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and work on implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and present findings to the operations manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities.
Problem Solving: Address operational issues as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows. Create and update operational manuals as needed.
Support Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects, providing support as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
Your Skills And Experience
Experience:12+ years of experience in an operations role or a similar position.
Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operations management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Attributes
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma or Project Management
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and other operational tools.
