What You’ll Do

As a Freelance Creative Designer, you'll bring big ideas to life across digital platforms. From edgy campaign visuals to scroll-stopping social content, you’ll help shape the visual voice of Namshi.

- Develop compelling visual content for digital campaigns, social media, web, and marketing assets
- Work closely with our in-house creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into bold, brand-relevant designs
- Maintain consistency across all design touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
- Adapt creative output quickly based on feedback and campaign performance
- Stay updated with design trends, fashion aesthetics, and platform formats

What You’ll Need

- 3+ years of experience in visual/graphic design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
- A sharp portfolio showcasing a range of digital work: campaign visuals, social graphics, mood boards, and more
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and motion tools like After Effects or Lottie (a plus!)
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to fast-moving briefs
- An instinct for what's cool, what works, and what converts
