Location:Mumbai II Work from Office
• Broadcom Autosys , UIM , IBM Big fix IEM Application/Agent (where applicable) Implementation, Administration, and Troubleshooting
• Basic PL-SQL Knowledge
• 247 Shift Rotation
• Unix & Linux Administration
• Experience with scripting in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments
• Deliver SIP
• Interaction with the customer
• Arranging the Meeting with the customer
• Co-ordination with Vendor / Customer to find out the solution for the problem.
• Actively participation in Drill activities.
• Preparation of Shift Schedule and maintain the same and arrange the resource as per the requirement of the customer.
• Network related knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Patch deployment on the server as per the requirement of the client
