As an L1 Support Engineer, you’ll:
-Provide first-level technical support for our Automated Test Driving System
-Monitor & maintain system performance
-Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and escalate when needed
-Guide onsite staff on system usage
-Work with the operations team to ensure smooth daily test runs
What we’re looking for:
-Proficiency in Windows 10/11, basic coding & networking
-Troubleshooting skills (software & hardware)
-Mandatory: Ability to drive 2-wheelers & 4-wheelers
-Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati)
-Self-motivated, responsible, and committed mindset
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
