Quorum is looking to hire an L1 Support Specialist (Accounting) to join our Product Support team to take ownership of the full cycle accounts payable and receivable.
This is primarily an accounting support role for our Quorum suite of products with a focus on our QuorumDMS (dealership management system) product. As an L1 Support Specialist, you are committed to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction through your enthusiastic attitude and helpful approach. You will be responsible for interacting with Quorum clients in a professional manner and fully addressing and resolving DMS inquiries.
Here is what we will expect from you at work:
Supplying complete, timely and accurate responses to customer questions through various support channels. Primarily phone and email
Continually learning new features and functions of QuorumDMS to improve product and dealership business environment knowledge
Training dealership staff on the proper use of QuorumDMS for their business operations (primarily the financial / accounting aspect of the system)
Following up with inquiries until fully resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
Demonstrate an ability to plan your time and balance multiple tasks calmly, diligently, and appropriately
Other duties as assigned.
Here is the kind of candidate we are looking for:
2+ years accounting experience (In an automotive dealership would be an asset)
Completion of Certificate in Accounting or Diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
A natural affinity for learning computer software
Able to work rotating shift work (7:00am – 8:00pm EDT Mon-Fri, +am-5:00pm EDT Sat).
