Roles & Responsibilities:Basic Installation , Server Security & Server MonitoringProvide server support and manage windows environment.Installation and configuration of web hosting control panels like Website Panel, SolidCP, MSP and Plesk.Installation and maintenance of virtual servers on hyper-v.Manage, coordinate and implement software upgrades, patches, fixes on servers Prioritizing and managing multiple open tickets at onceDesired candidate profile:Graduates with MCSA or up to 1 year of experience in the web hosting Industry/Server/System/Network Administrator preferredThorough knowledge of Windows Server EnvironmentAbility to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as neededExcellent Communication SkillsWilling to work in a 24x7 environment.Organizational skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to work well with a team, constantly changed environmentFollow instructions from supervisors and senior colleaguesConfident and passionate
