Job Description
Job Duties & responsibilities :-
Branches follow up for EOD operations at bank level
Provide support to branches that are facing issues before start of EOD like Unposted / Unbalanced transactions.
Execution of Finacle EOD-BOD process in production environment with the knowledge of back-end table / field level details.
Reporting of EOD-BOD issues, analysis & resolution, coordinating with other teams.
Set up, maintenance, and review of the batch jobs and running batch jobs, especially on Loans and interest related batch jobs.
Generation of EOD-BOD Reports & Batch job reports (Failure and Success).
Performing all handoffs from Finacle to any interface systems.
Product Fatal error analysis. Trouble shooting knowledge on application debug logs.
Keep track of Application Services and their server utilization. On performance / storage stability.
Logging call with Service Providers for Product related batch failure & coordinate till the issues are fixed permanently.
