Skillful MSBI Administrator Wanted
Are you an experienced MSBI Administrator looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and support critical database systems and services.
In this role, you will:
• Take on technical tasks and support daily BAU tasks, incidents, and RFCs
• Support your team during technical issue diagnoses and propose service improvements
• Ensure the availability and reliability of database systems in line with SLAs
• Engage with technical peers, service managers, and project teams on technology roadmaps and projects
• Lead in high-severity incidents and provide solutions for critical issues
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
• Install, configure, and test SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI instances
• Patch Management: Apply updates and patches to BI components
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Resolve errors, back up components, troubleshoot performance issues
• Optimization & Migration: Optimize instance settings and manage software upgrades and migrations
• Control-M Job Management: Configure and create Control-M jobs for SSIS execution
• Reporting & Delivery: Monitor system performance and handle application deliveries on BI platforms
