Key Responsibilities:
Administer Windows operating systems, patch management, and security hardening.
Manage VMware infrastructure, VM provisioning, SRM setup, and performance tuning.
Administer backups (Veeam), storage management (SAN/FCIP) and DR replication monitoring.
Troubleshoot system, storage, and backup issues and perform RCA for major incidents.
Ensure audit compliance, documentation, and secure operations as per baseline policies.
Integrate OS/application logs with SIEM/log monitoring solutions.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure capacity planning and utilization.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup Management, Storage (SAN) operations.
Experience with patching, backup/recovery, disaster recovery drills, and compliance reporting.
Knowledge of security best practices, hardening guidelines, and baseline documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills with vendors and internal teams.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator Associate
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Backup Administration (Veeam Certified Engineer)
