Job Description
Should have sound knowledge on database management, Installation, Configuration, capacity planning, resolving critical database monitoring incidents.
• Good experience in planning and execution of Patching upgradation, and Migration and hot fixes across a large SQL environment.
• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Good experience in planning, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting of high-availability database environments (Failover Cluster, Availability Group and Replication…etc.).
• Good Experience in Performance tuning of SQL queries and providing solutions to improve query and server level performance.
• Expert in daily SQL activities like Backup, Restore, Monitoring, SQL Jobs configuration, managing security and troubleshooting and of experience with DR planning, DB backup, restore and recovery
